6th Form Open Event

We're holding a drop-in event for any Year 10 pupils and their parents/carers who are considering applying for a place in our 6th Form. This will take place on Wednesday 1st March 2023, from 3.00-5.00pm.

Forest School

Mr Hadley has also set up a Forest School Cam, which has shown us that we're sharing the school site with a variety of furry friends. Chris Packham eat your heart out!

Industrial Action

The next NEU teachers' strike is scheduled for Tuesday 28th February. This falls immediately after the half-term break (pupils aren't in school on Monday 27th February as it's an INSET day), so we're aiming to have a plan in place to share with you towards the end of next week.  

Half term swimming courses at Life Leisure

Life Leisure run holiday swimming courses every school holiday at all of their pools.  By swimming every day they build up their confidence quickly, which shows in the progression they make.   

This half term they are running Beginner, 5m Beginner, 10m Improver & Stroke Improver courses and for stronger swimmers a Rookie Lifeguard course. £36 for the 5 days!
